  We always have a good experience at water's edge. That's why we keep coming back. The rentals are kept clean and beautifully decorated. Everything. We need to have a beautiful stay. The views are incredible. Coffee on the balcony is wonderful.

  It was a very good . It is our go to place when we want to go to beach. We have usually stayed with private rentals so this was the first time going thru the office at unit, so much has changed, not crazy about only one parking pass. For one and two bedroom rentals. I really feel 2 bedroom rental could be arriving at different times and they can’t have a parking pass.. Having to turn in the bands or be charged $20 each is a bit much. Go back to cheaper bands.

Unfortunately, we are only following the HOA rules and regulations when it comes to parking passes and pool bands. All rental companies are supposed to adhere to the same rules, so if it was given in the past, it was in error, unfortunately. We hope that you were able to enjoy the resort and beach other than the parking pass and pool band issues.

  Very clean everything you could need great location. Only downside was the mattress topper on the bed was too thick so you sunk in a lot. Wasn’t terrible if you plan to sleep alone. Balcony door could use some attention also it was hard to open and close and there was no handle on the outside.
