  Really enjoyed our stay. The only draw back is the HOA rule of only one parking spot allowed for a two bedroom condo. Makes it very difficult when traveling with four adults that drive two cars from areas.

The homeowners’ association does regulate parking availability, and at this time only one designated space is permitted per one- and two-bedroom condo. We understand this can be inconvenient for parties traveling with multiple vehicles, and we will continue to share this concern with the association.   This is our 8th year staying at the Waters Edge Resort during our Labor Day Weekend Vacation. It never disappoints. Such a great place, with amazing amenities, right on the ocean. We have stayed in many different condos each year, and all are fantastic. Will be back Labor Day 2025.

  Lovely condo, lovely beach, lovely weather! Friendly and helpful staff. Well-stocked condo, very nicely decorated with beautiful beach view. With 3 adults, it was wonderful having queen beds in both bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms. Will definitely recommend to others.

  We had a great trip. The condo we rented was one of the best we had stayed in before. The decor was beautiful. Would highly recommend unit 602. Only complaint was that the Two bedroom unit only had one parking space alloted to it. Other than that, it was wonderful.

  First time to stay in Garden City, very happy with the area and especially the staff at Waters Edge. The front desk personnel really welcomed us and made Me my wife and two grandsons feel like we were wanted.
