The Amazing, Oceanfront View of the Atlantic from the balcony of our one-bedroom condo is Priceless!
These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare meals when you don’t feel like
venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large living area boasts views for
miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on vacation. The bedroom
features a King Bed and offers a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a bathroom
located along the hallway with a shower stall. Additional sleeping arrangements include a sleeper sofa
and murphy bed. There is a washer and dryer for your laundering needs located in the hallway as well.
The living area and bedroom have TVs for your viewing pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a
home away from home while enjoying the Beach!

Water’s Edge Resort is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!

Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s Edge Resort. The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. Wild,
Water, and Wheels Water Park is also just minutes away if you are looking to relax in a wave pool or
take on the extreme water slides. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all
kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!

**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmats, and
starter soaps, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**
**One-Bedroom Condos are allowed 1 Parking Pass**
**Motorcycles are Allowed**
**No Golf Carts and No Trailers are allowed in the garage area**
**Garage has a 6’9 – 6’7 (ramps) Clearance**
**NO PETS ALLOWED**
**This is a Non-Smoking Condo! Designated Smoking areas are located on the beach, outside the
resort, or in the parking garage area. NO Smoking is Allowed on the Balcony nor in the Condo**
**We Love to Host our Monthly Guests October-March each year. Call us to inquire about our Monthly

**3 Night Minimum Rental – Some owners have a minimum 7-night rental during peak season
(Memorial Day to Labor Day)**

  We went to relax, and that’s just what we did. The condo was very nice and clean. The only downfall to our vacation was the amenities were not available for use. This was due to the hurricane that hit in the fall. It was of no fault of the facility. We were given a discount for the inconvenience. I totally recommend this place.

  Well kept property on the water. Originally booked a 15th story but was moved due to maintenance. Room was recently renovated. Staff were diligent and facilities were clean. Kitchen was well equipped with knives, cutting board, assorted pots and pans, and trivets.
  
  Few issues:
  Mattress in desperate need of replacement. Two distinct people holes.
  Sheets as well. A good dose of fabric softener could be all that is required.

  This was our first time at Waters Edge and we loved everything about it!! The condo was very clean! The only thing I would complain about is the sliding glass door to the balcony was hard to slide open & the pool could be a little cleaner, but other than that we loved it and will definitely be staying here again!!! Highly recommend and convenient to all kinds of entertainment and not far from the pier!

  The view was great. My room was well furnished, clean and quiet for the most part. As in years past, people do love fireworks. Due to the hurricane, the pools were not open. I understand that you can’t control nature. My major complaint was that I had an added expense of renting an umbrella on the beach. Would have been nice if Water’s Edge had offered a discount. I did not venture out often but there is always places to shop and dine. Hope that I can return next year.

  I was greeted by friendly staff at the front office where I checked in. The room was clean with a beautiful view of the Ocean, and surprisingly, a gorgeous inland view of the Marsh on the entry side of the unit. Amenities were updated and clean. This Resort 'pops' when you looking from the beach - easily the most attractive resort on the stretch with palm trees and a large beach style indoor/outdoor pool & Jacuzzi patio. Every staff member I ran into was extremely helpful and friendly. I will be returning...a lot.
