    The condo was very nice, clean and we didn't have any issues. loved the deck furniture.
    We have been vactioning the week after labor day for several years. this yr we could only get one parking pass because of the 2 bedroom hoa rules. While i understand the parking issues during the peak season, after labor day there were more empty spaces that taken ones. Perhaps the HOA can ammend the parking rules for after labor day. We never had a problem before with parking 2 vehicles (one a disabled family member).
    We really love Waters edge and have talked about purchasing a condo there upon retirement. however with the new rules we are looking to vacation elsewhere next year.

    We’ve been visiting Water’s Edge since 1992 and fall more in love every year. The location is perfect and most units are amazing. This one particular sure could use a new mattress though.

    We stayed in a clean, updated 2/2 unit. Spacious balcony with incredible views. The pools and outdoor seating areas were really nice and sunny. Easy ten minute walk to shop,eat,or stroll on the pier.

    The unit was beautiful. The walk in showers are a nice improvement. They need handicap bars & a nonskid mat. These items would help prevent falls or near falls. Below my home is Barnardsville not parnardfville. Problem with TV was solved quickly.
