  Spent the week on this property with my fiancé and there are no issues at all with the condo. A couple things to note for full disclosure. The parking garage is very tight and difficult to pass another guest when you meet going in or out. Especially when there is a long vehicle parked in a space. The area was very crowded and noisy up until about 11 pm. So be aware of that when booking.

  The room we had was updated in decor, loved the balcony view of the ocean. The nice big walk in showers had plenty of room. Unfortunately our place was not clean like it should have been. I actually ended up buying cleaning products and doing it myself! Blood on the pull out couch mattress cover, some stains on the pillows, the showers were not cleaned at all - hair in the drain areas, mold in the tile grout (which I easily cleaned with bleach), we even had CBD gummies left on top of the fridge. You also never knew when the gift shop or small restaurant/grill would actually be open, it was hit or miss.

  My stay at Water’s Edge Resort was great. My mother and I have been staying there for every year for over 20 years. Last year was my first year without her. The rooms are always clean and the staff are helpful if there are any questions. The views from the balcony are priceless especially at sunrise or when there is a full moon reflecting on the ocean.
