0807 Waters Edge Resort

The Amazing, Oceanfront View of the Atlantic from the balcony of our one-bedroom condo is Priceless! These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare meals when you don’t feel like venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large living area boasts views for miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on vacation. The bedroom features a King Bed and offers a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There is a bathroom located along the hallway with a shower stall. Additional sleeping arrangements include two sleeper sofas. There is a washer and dryer for your laundering needs located in the hallway as well. The living area and bedroom have TVs for your viewing pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a home away from home while enjoying the Beach!

Water’s Edge Resort is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!

Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s Edge Resort. The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. Wild,
Water, and Wheels Water Park is also just minutes away if you are looking to relax in a wave pool or
take on the extreme water slides. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all
kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!

**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmats, and
starter soaps, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**
**One-Bedroom Condos are allowed 1 Parking Pass**
**Motorcycles are Allowed**
**No Golf Carts and No Trailers are allowed in the garage area**
**Garage has a 6’9 – 6’7 (ramps) Clearance**
**NO PETS ALLOWED**
**This is a Non-Smoking Condo! Designated Smoking areas are located on the beach, outside the
resort, or in the parking garage area. NO Smoking is Allowed on the Balcony nor in the Condo**

  We stayed a week and had a great experience. The condo is as advertised and the building management were great as well. The check in/out process was easy. Parking in the garage was great, always found a spot to park no problem. The condo was better than we expected, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very nice. Loved having two bathrooms.

  My boyfriend and I stayed 5 nights. The room was as pictured online. We did have an issue with the refrigerator not cooling properly but I informed the front desk and maintenance was up immediately to resolve the issue. Security was nice and kept a good eye on things. I watched staff clean the pool, hot tub and sunning deck every morning. Gift shop was nice and even had beach chairs, floats, sun hats to meet your needs. I did not go to the bar so I can't comment on that. Elevators were slow but they were working on them the day we left so that should be corrected soon. There are lifeguard stations along the beach, these guys literally saved me when I was pulled out by a rip current (and I'm a strong swimmer that's been going to the beach my entire life!) It was scary but I'm thankful for the lifeguards and my boyfriend. The lifeguards also set up chairs and umbrellas daily that you can rent if you desire. Pier and yummy icecream shop within walking distance. LOTS of fireworks going off at night so if that's an issue for you being earplugs or sit on the balcony and enjoy the show! The sunrise from the balcony was amazing and a nice view of the sunset off the hallway out the back. All the units seem to be pretty different so I can't speak on all but ours had enough pots and pans and utensils. I would stay again.

  I enjoyed my stay and was surprised at how spacious the unit is. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything I needed. The refrigerator seems to be on it’s last legs though. The unit and resort is older and could use some updating but overall it was a very nice stay and I would definitely return.

  We stayed in unit 807 from 11/09/19 to 11/23/19 and had a good overall stay. The front desk employee, Gina, was so helpful in finding us this room to accommodate the length of our stay. Gina was also very helpful in making recommendations for nearby thrift stores, specifically Good Times Consignment in Pawleys Island! There are only two recommendations I make for unit 807: a chaise lounge for the balcony and multiple-mirror medicine cabinets for the bathrooms. We have returned to Water's Edge Resort for 28 years and look forward to visiting you again!
