**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** The Amazing, Oceanfront View of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony of our two-bedroom condos is
Priceless! These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare meals when you don’t
feel like venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large living area boasts views
for miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on vacation. One bedroom
features a Queen Bed and offers a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The other bedroom has
a queen bed and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination along the hallway. Additional sleeping
arrangements include a sleeper sofa. There is a washer and dryer for your laundering
needs located in the hallway as well. The living area and bedrooms all have TVs for your viewing
pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a home away from home while enjoying the Beach!

Water’s Edge Resort is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!

Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s Edge Resort. The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!

**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmats, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**

**This is a Non-Smoking Condo! Designated Smoking areas are located on the beach, outside the
resort, or in the parking garage area. NO Smoking is Allowed on the Balcony nor in the Condo**

  This unit was beautiful. The unit had plenty of storage stocked in kitchen with anything needed. Beds very comfortable. Only issue the refrigerator freezer dud not make ice....not big deal as gift shop sold ice.

  Views from higher floors are incredible. Our condo was clean, up to date and nice deocor. Only criticism we had was that we only had one roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, no liquid dishwashing soap. We stayed at the resort in 2022 and noticed the pool area and common areas have been nicely updated. We would stay here again.

We do provide only starter items for toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc., and that is mentioned in your booking agreement. If you were missing something that we should have supplied, we would have been more than happy to provide it. We apologize for any inconveniences that may have caused.   Everything was perfect. Could have used a few microwave dishes in the condo and the ac never worked in the gym for the entire week, even though we informed the staff. Hot water didn’t work in the guest bedroom and they were very prompt in fixing that. Nice place and nice condo.

  Everything at waters edge was great! Gena booked us over the phone in minutes after we were scammed on another condo. All of the staff was amazing. We tripped the breaker and had maintenance in our room in less than 5 min. The room we stayed in definitely needed some updates but everything was clean! The only downfall from our stay was the bar owner. From what we are told, the rising tide bar area is rented out. I hate I can’t remember her name but I’ve never met a person as rude as this lady. The bartender tori was great though!
