  Always have a great time at Water’s Edge. Was disappointed the pool and deck weren’t ready due to Hurricane Ian. Was happy to get a 20% discount but felt like I needed a little more with the lack of amenities. Also the 20% was just the room not all of the fees and taxes. John at the front desk, our room, and the beach were great! One complaint is all the rental umbrellas. We had to get up super early to stake out claim. One of the lifeguards did actually space them out a few times. The others did not.I will definitely be back next year as always.

  My family has been coming to waters edge since 1996. The unit we rented this year 801 was great. We always come here and love waters edge. Over the past few years the conditions have depleted a bit, the pools and overall cleanliness of the common areas. Hoping it gets better soon to make the experience back to the amazing resort it was! We still love the location, amenities, and parking.

  Home was decorated really nice for Christmas. 2nd time in a row at water's edge in one year where construction was going on for 9 hours A-day 9 hours A-day I feel like it's still like when you're spending a $1000 for 4 nights and driving hundreds of miles you should be warned that there's construction going on from 9 AM to 6 PM 6 PM not the homeowner's fault more of the resort. I would definitely stay in unit 801 again But the mattress IN the master bedroom was no better than sleeping on cardboard.

  Management has done a great job over the years keeping the place clean, painted and looking good. I was disappointed this year to not receive our 10% off for being a return visitor. I certainly do not think it was due to the times, as the place was more crowded then I have ever seen it. I used to always love to chat with the agent behind the counter, she was so nice. The new gentleman behind the counter is far from friendly and not welcoming at all.

  1st I got the pleasure of meeting the owner at the desk as I checked in...super nice owner and Sweet as sugar! There were 5 of us staying my mother in law, my mom, my husband and my 5 year old! Plenty of space for us all to have our own privacy! Loved loved loved the balconies and how huge they were! Not to mention THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST GORGEOUS AND BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED CONDO We HAVE EVER STAYED IN AND SPOTLESS, SUPER CLEAN! With a five year old I was very greatful of how close we were to the ocean and how convenient an outdoor bathroom on the ground level of the pool and the beach!!! A necessity for sure! Pool deck literally over looks the ocean which was great for us all! Great staff and waters edge is just a great place to stay!!!! Thanks for the wonderful experience! We are ready to come back ASAP!   It was great the view , weather and the room was perfect. This was our second time at the Waters Edge Resort. The only thing negative was having to pay a 5.00 deposit on each person wanting to use the pool or hot tub.I feel like that should be a perk of the resort not a extra thing to purchase.
