  Family had a great time. Our two young granddaughters loved the pool and the beach. Amazing view from the oceanfront balcony. Condo 712 was as advertised, well appointed with a consistent beach theme. Updates after Hurricane Ian around the pool area very nice. Beautiful weather. Staff at Waters Edge was very easy to work with, quick and efficient check in and an answered all our questions. We can't wait to return.

  We stay at Waters Edge every year for the 4th of July. We enjoy the pool, hot tub and workout room. This vacation, the pool and hot tub were operational (yay). But the weight room was not. Our room was decorated nicely, however the dryer didn’t work. The air conditioning in the master bedroom didn’t cool the room. The door to the balcony from the living room was extreme hard to open/close. We had a great vacation with family and friends but will not stay in this unit again.

    Thanks for your review and feedback. Yes, we are fortunate to have our amenities back open, but the fitness room is still being worked on. Unfortunately, we were not able to get a dryer in as quickly as promised by delivery due to bad weather at the distribution center. It was actually just delivered today. We did have someone come out and look at the balcony living room slider and replace the rollers to make it easier to open/close. Unfortunately, we are at the vendor's mercy as to when they are able to get out to evaluate and fix. We appreciate your patience and look forward to seeing you next year.

  The unit was nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will try to book again next year. The only thing that was strange was how hot the master bedroom was. We know a lot of Sun comes through the windows. We kept the curtains closed, but it was still very very hot. In addition, the water level and pressure was really low. Toilets barely had water. It would have been nice to know how to work the TVs as the sound was way off

  Stayed in unit 712 with 6 girlfriends. The master is very spacious, nicely decorated and the other 2 bedrooms are nice but small for adults. The rest of the condo provided plenty of room for hanging out together. The balcony affords a fantastic view, just wish there was more/nicer seating. Overall this condo is nicely updated and we would stay here again.
