**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** The Amazing, Oceanfront View of the Atlantic from the balcony of our one-bedroom condo is Priceless! These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare meals when you don’t feel like venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large living area boasts views for miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on vacation. The bedroom features a King Bed and offers a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There is a bathroom located along the hallway with a shower stall. Additional sleeping arrangements include two sleeper sofas. There is a washer and dryer for your laundering needs located in the hallway as well. The living area and bedroom have TVs for your viewing pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a home away from home while enjoying the Beach!

Water’s Edge Resort is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!

Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s Edge Resort. The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!

**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmats, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**
**One-Bedroom Condos are allowed 1 Parking Pass**
**Motorcycles are Allowed**
**No Golf Carts and No Trailers are allowed in the garage area**
**Garage has a 6’9 – 6’7 (ramps) Clearance**

**This is a Non-Smoking Condo! Designated Smoking areas are located on the beach, outside the
resort, or in the parking garage area. NO Smoking is Allowed on the Balcony nor in the Condo**

  We have stayed at Water’s Edge twice now(two different units). They were both beautiful and the beach there is perfect. Will definitely be back. Oh and nice touch with the 20% off because some of the amenities weren’t available. We would have stayed anyway but really appreciated the honesty about the amenities before we arrived -and the discount! Can’t wait to come back!

  great as usual. could not believe the amount of damage from ian disappointed was originally told deck would be open for when we were there then pushed off the following week told my wife didn't see that happening then saw it was pushed off till next month......not waters edge fault in my bood

  Very pleased with the room and the building and the service. Every thing in the room was just what we needed. One suggestion we would give, we found the bed to be a bit to firm, but i guess thats really a matter of preference. I would recommend staying here to anyone, we have been coming here for the last 3 years and will continue to do so. Very pleased over all.

  My husband and I celebrated our 30th Anniversary at Waters Edge. We really enjoyed our stay. Hope to be back soon. As far as the resort-The only thing we can recommend is for the inside pool to be heated. Also the grill was not open. We stayed in condo #0503. It was beautiful. Looks like it had been recently updated. The only thing we can recommend is for a ceiling fan to be added to the bedroom. Also the sliding glass door was very hard to open. The track might need to be cleaned and sprayed with a lubricate.

  Nice family beach and an amazing choice of restaurants available. Opportunities for all kinds of activities and events in the area too. My only suggestion is perhaps cameras need to be installed to enforce the community no smoking policy because unfortunately some folks did break the rules on the decks from time to time. Overall, we were blessed with a great vacation!
