  We have rented this unit for the last 3 years. It has many updates and we always enjoy our stay.
  This year there is a small cafe that has been added, the food was excellent, they even service ice cream. We will definitely be back next year.

  Unit309 was exceptional - it was so very clean and inviting from the first step into the condo! I wipe down upon my arrival and it was spotless. The ocean views were spectacular. The owners of this condo have the room very nice and updated decor and the bed provided the best sleep ever! The washer and dryer was the best I have had in a vacation rental. You will not regret if you stay at this condo. Thank you for keeping it so nice. The cleaning crew at the Waters Edge stay on top of the condo building. The property description matched. Check out the Rustic Table in Pawley's Island for dinner and Benjamins for breakfast!

It has exactly what we want - clean rooms, clean building, directly on the beach, every room is waterfront, perfect sized outdoor hot tub and pool, large deck with plenty of chairs with access to a bar and store, walking distance to Garden City and its pier!   We have been coming to Water’s Edge 1-2x a year for about 6 years. We love the convenience. It’s never overcrowded even when rooms are full. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We especially loved the kind security guard. He diligently patrolled the area and made us feel like our they took extra steps to make our property safe. All around 5 stars

  Enjoyed ceiling fans in the LR and BR. There is a wine cooler!! Well-equipped kitchen with a big island and 6 tall chairs for meals. (Maybe not the best condo for toddlers.) No tub, but two nice showers and never ran out of warm water. See the beautiful ocean view from the balcony and living room too. Close to the elevator, but cannot hear it. Enjoyed covered parking.
