**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** The Amazing, Oceanfront Views of the Atlantic Ocean from the two balconies our three-bedroom
condos have to offer are Priceless! These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare
meals when you don’t feel like venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large
living area boasts views for miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on
vacation. The oceanfront bedroom has a balcony with seating, features a King Bed, and offers a full
bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed in each room
and share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination along the hallway. There is a half bathroom
located in the main hallway, as well as a washer and dryer for your laundering needs. Additional
sleeping arrangements include two sleeper sofas in the living area. The living area and bedrooms all have flat
screen TVs for your viewing pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a home away from home
while enjoying the Beach!

Water’s Edge Resort is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!

Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s Edge Resort. The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!
**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmats, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**

**This is a Non-Smoking Condo! Designated Smoking areas are located on the beach, outside the
resort, or in the parking garage area. NO Smoking is Allowed on the Balcony nor in the Condo**

  We love the location of this property. There are many things to do in the area. However the room did need some repairs. All the bathroom fixtures in the sinks and showers needed to be fixed. They did not work properly. They were hard to get on and keep the shower on. The kitchen was advertised as being fully stocked. There were mot many supplies to cook in. If you plan on cooking in the room, bring your own pots and pans.

We do wish you would have expressed these concerns during your stay because we would have done our best to fix any issues. Each unit is individually owned, stocked and decorated differently. We could have gotten you kitchen items that were needed if they were not in the unit. We do hope you will visit with us again and maybe stay in a different room.

  Never going anywhere else-- close enough to drive into Myrtle but far enough away to enjoy family time!-- the customer service was superb and even brought us a fire stick for tv at 10 pm at night!! Loved this place!!

  Our family loves it here some of them have been coming for over 8 years this was our second year here coming out from California We love the beach's the restaurants and other recreational things to do near by I personally chartered a boat and fishing. Our family group was over 30 this year so its great to have a location that is this nice that can accommodate us all. We will be back in 2022

  Amazing view and proximity of ocean. Had a great time with four adults and two small children. Only issue was I didn’t realize I needed to bring toilet paper and trash bags so we had to make a special trip for that. That seems cheap to not supply 3 days worth of these essentials. My wife thought the furniture was dated but I kind of liked it lol. Otherwise, great time.

  Plenty of room in this three bedroom two and 1/2 baths.We we're a party of two adults and 5 children.The layout was perfect with beautiful ocean views . Outside and inside pools and hot tubs were enjoyed day and night. Great location a lot quieter than Myrtle Beach yet close enough to everything in the area
