0206 Waters Edge Resort

**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** The Amazing, Oceanfront View of the Atlantic from the balcony of our one-bedroom condo is Priceless! These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare meals when you don’t feel like venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large living area boasts views for miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on vacation. The bedroom features a King Bed, and it offers a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There is a bathroom located along the hallway with a shower stall. Additional sleeping arrangements include a sleeper sofa and murphy bed in the living area. There is a washer and dryer for your laundering needs located in the hallway as well. The living area and bedroom have TVs for your viewing pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a home away from home while enjoying the Beach!

Water’s Edge Resort is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!

Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s Edge Resort. The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!

**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmats, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**
**One-Bedroom Condos are allowed 1 Parking Pass**
**Motorcycles are Allowed**
**No Golf Carts and No Trailers are allowed in the garage area**
**Garage has a 6’9 – 6’7 (ramps) Clearance**
**NO PETS ALLOWED**
**This is a Non-Smoking Condo! Designated Smoking areas are located on the beach, outside the
resort, or in the parking garage area. NO Smoking is Allowed on the Balcony nor in the Condo**

  Our room Waters Edge 206 was amazing. From the location to the parking, and the inside of the room. It was clean, updated, and very well maintained. We are extremely happy with this resort and the room we stayed in. I would highly recommend this property to stay in. This resort is so convenient to a lot of attractions. We absolutely love Garden City Pier, and Murrells Inlet.

  Overall great experience. We enjoyed our stay at the resort and all of the amenities. Having the pool, spa and easy access to the beach was such a convenience for our family. The condo was clean and just enough for two adults and two small children. The only negative was that it was difficult to move around in the bedroom due to size/positioning of furniture.

  We had a wonderful experience at Waters Edge! Room was amazing! Beautifully decorated and clean! View from the room was awesome! I love to walk so to be .6 of a mile from Garden City Pier and not quite 2 miles to Surfside Pier was great! I enjoyed the Farmers Market on Tuesday morning at Surfside Memorial Park and then Crafters Fair there on Thursday. Only 15 minutes to all the restaurants at Murrells Inlet was perfect! We will definitely be back and hopefully get room 206 again!!!

  The unit was excellent - clean, modern and convenient. You can park on the same level so loading in/out was easy. Only negative was that we didn't realize we booked during bike week which isn't our thing. We were awakened every night with someone either screaming and yelling or by motorcycles revving in the parking garage. Not a peaceful time to be there and didn't get a lot of sleep. Also, management told me there was no ice to be found on the premises so I went to Kroger only to see later that the gift shop at the resort had a sign "Ice Sold Here".

Bike weeks are normally the held the month of May and a weekend in October. I am sorry you got misinformed about the ice. The person you asked might have thought you were asking about free ice machines like you find on floors at different hotels. We do not have those, but we do have the gift shop that is open various hours that sells ice on site in the smaller bags. We hope that you will visit with us again not during Bike Weeks and get a more relaxed stay.

  The condo has been beautifully renovated. Located on the second floor made for a fantastic view of the ocean. The kitchen had everything you could need.
