**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** The Amazing, Oceanfront View of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony of our two-bedroom condos is
Priceless! These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare meals when you don’t
feel like venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large living area boasts views
for miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on vacation. One bedroom
features a King Bed, and it offers a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other bedroom has
a queen bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower along the hallway. Additional sleeping
arrangements include a sleeper sofa. There is a washer and dryer for your laundering
needs located in the hallway as well. The living area and bedrooms all have TVs for your viewing
pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a home away from home while enjoying the Beach!

Water’s Edge Resort is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!

Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s Edge Resort. The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby
cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!

**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmats, and
,toilet paper, paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**
**Two-Bedroom Condos are allowed 1 Parking Pass**
**Motorcycles are Allowed**
**No Golf Carts and No Trailers are allowed in the garage area**
**Garage has a 6’9 – 6’7 (ramps) Clearance**
**NO PETS ALLOWED**
**This is a Non-Smoking Condo! Designated Smoking areas are located on the beach, outside the
resort, or in the parking garage area. NO Smoking is Allowed on the Balcony nor in the Condo**

  Love Waters Edge! The condo has a great layout and location. The only complaint I have is there was no broom and dust pan. Need those when you are at the beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

  We enjoy waters edge Resort. Downfall pool ended up being closed during a portion of our stay, we were only able to utilize it 2 out of 7 days. Very disappointed on that. Our room didn't have a broom or vacuum, that also is not pleasant, especially with sand.

    Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize for the inconvenience of the pool closing due to another guest throwing glass into the pool. We had to drain the pools due to the glass and follow the appropriate procedures. We did give discounts per day that you were without the pool for any inconvenience, and we apologized as things happen that are out of our control. You did notify us that the condo was not equipped with a broom or vacuum, and we did deliver a vacuum that same day you told us about this to your room for you to use. We hope that you can come back next time and enjoy the resort and beach as you have done for 19 years as stated in your title.

  We stayed in Unit 102. The property was in good condition. We loved the walk-in showers. The couch was a little Lumpy. The View was awesome. While we stayed there we ate at hamburger Joe's, California Dreaming, and went to Lee's in Murrells Inlet just a short drive away. I would recommend this units to family and friends.

  This is our second year staying in this room. It is the perfect location. You never have to use the elevator. We walked down one flight of steps and bam you are on the beach. Sitting on the balcony feels like you are right on the beach. The room is in excellent condition. Sparkling clean, great decor, 3 televisions, comfortable furniture. Washer/dryer are in the room.

  I have stayed at Water's Edge Resort the last 2 years in 2 different condo's each year. I have not been disappointed in either one. They are exactly as pictured. I was worried about staying in 2020 due to COVID 19. Housekeeping went above & beyond what I was expecting even tho I had already stayed there previously. I planned to go in & do some extra cleaning myself once I arrived. All I can say is WOW it was spotless. I did take Clorox wipes & wipe high traffic areas only because my fiancé' has had a kidney transplant. The only problem was the remote wouldn't work in the master bedroom & I had to call on maintenance twice. That was not a high priority. I highly recommend Water's Edge Resort.
